Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Early Cancellation (15+ Days Before Check-In)
Guests cancelling at least 15 days before check-in date are eligible for:
100% refund of the amount paid
Exclusions apply to:
Transaction fees
Processing charges (if applicable)
2. Late Cancellation (Within 15 Days of Check-In)
Cancellations made within 15 days of check-in date are:
Non-refundable
Full reservation amount will be retained by Terraria
3. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a guest:
Fails to arrive at the property
Does not cancel reservation prior to check-in
Consequences of a no-show:
Full reservation amount will be forfeited
No partial refunds will be issued
4. Refund Processing
Applicable refunds will be:
Processed within 7-10 business days
Credited to the original payment method used for booking
5. Important Notes
All cancellations must be made in writing
The date of cancellation communication will determine refund eligibility
Terraria reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice
Refund Calculation Method:
Calculated from the date of cancellation notification
